What is PitchDaddy?

PitchDaddy is the most affordable way to get world-class experts to give you feedback on any project, proposal, strategy or presentation. We’re there for you when you need premium advice at a friendly price that anyone can afford.

How do you give me feedback?

PitchDaddy is a feedback focused experience. How feedback is given depends on the expert but most of our advice is sent in the form of an audio recording. The recordings are viewable at any time, and they can be paused, fast-forwarded, and replayed as many times as you’d like.

How long does it take to get feedback?

We commit to answering your business challenges within three working days at most. If you need your work sooner, just let us know in our Typeform under “Is this a rush job?” and we’d be happy to help out (additional charges may apply).

Can I interact with my expert?

Interacting with your expert is high on our list of ideas being tested. But for the time being, we don’t currently offer that functionality within PitchDaddy.com. If you have any other awesome ideas, please let us know today.

What happens to my information when I upload it?

Your files are uploaded and stored securely on our site for your expert to access. Once your expert no longer requires your files to give you feedback, or 30 days has passed, your files are completely destroyed – unless you explicitly request otherwise. All information you upload or share with PitchDaddy.com is also covered under our comprehensive non-disclosure agreement.

What happens if I'm not happy with my purchase?

Delighting clients is our priority. That’s why you can get a full refund of your purchase within 14 days if you’re not fully satisfied. Just email Support@pitchdaddy.com with your issue, and if we can’t find a solution together then we’ll return your money back to you as soon as possible.
